Staying active and eating healthy is not just a trend or temporary diet, but a lifestyle. Change does not happen overnight, but gradually, through development of new habits and daily effort. To achieve long term success, one must consistently exercise and eat unprocessed foods (most of the time - I do not believe in perfect nutrition 100% of the time).

Every person’s body and life experiences are different. One type of fitness or nutrition plan that produces results for one person may not produce the same results for another. So, every nutrition plan and fitness program is tailored to fit each person’s age, body type, and goals.
